Lower School iPad Program

In order to help students use interactive technology to supplement their classroom learning, nearly 80 iPads are now in use at the Lower School for Kindergarten - Grade 3. The iPads are an additional form of technology that helps teachers meet the challenges of differentiated learning and the fact that children learn in multiple and diverse ways. The iPads are perfect hands-on learning tools for young students, and they make it possible to begin nurturing a student's proficiency with technology at a significantly earlier age. In the Lower School, students use the iPads both individually and in groups, and the multitude of available applications for reading, writing, phonics, research, and digital media allow for the development of many valuable academic skills.
