Saturday Tennis Program

Fall Saturday Tennis Program – 9/22, 9/29, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3 (** No class on 10/6 due to Pingry Homecoming**)
LOCATION: Martinsville Campus Tennis Courts
DIRECTOR: New Pingry Varsity Head Coach Lou Castelli
Pee-Wees: Children with limited or no tennis experience. Fundamentals of strokes, grips, and footwork are covered. Age-appropriate equipment used. Ages 3-4 years. Sat. 10:00-11:00 a.m. Fee: $190
Hot Shots: Learn general coordination skills. Fundamentals of strokes, grips, and footwork are covered. Ages 5-6 years. Sat. 10:00-11:30 a.m. Fee: $285
Level 1: Beginner to advanced beginner. Sound technical foundation of the basic grips, strokes, and footwork with an introduction to some competitive games. Ages 7 years and older. Sat. 10:00-11:30 a.m. Fee: $285
Level 2: All strokes and spins covered as well as basic strategy. Students in this class are capable of rallying, but their serve may be weak and therefore they may or may not be capable of playing a match. Ages 9 years and older. Sat. 10:00-11:30 a.m. Fee: $285
Middle School Competitive: This program is for players on the Middle School team who would like to prepare to try-out for the high school program in the future. All aspects of competitive tennis covered. Sat. 11:30-1:30 p.m. Fee: $395
